Form Management

Form contents can be viewed in the portal. All form responses are viewable in the portable and any portal user with access can view each form response, including images, and other form question responses. A portal user can also download all form responses for multiple entries into Excel where images will convert into URL’s.

Approvable Forms

Forms can be set as “APPROVABLE” – this means that when the form is submitted from the app, the administrator or portal user can either decline or approve the form.

The declination or approvable is sent back to the app as a notification. If the administrator sets the error as fixable, then the app user has the ability to re-submit and the process will loop until the form is either ultimately approved or hard-declined.

A good example for this application is for declining or approving stock returns from stores.

Approvable forms can also be assigned a unique identifier for serialization and tracking. This is useful when attempting to avoid duplications in capturing.
